Superb non-smoking spot! 😊 The room felt like it was just built, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay great.

Also, location was good and excellant, just a pleasant stroll away from Bessemer Civic Center.

Stocked room, exceptionally comfortable bed, and fairly clean bathroom. Great location, just a 15-minute walk to Bessemer Civic Center. The pool area is heated too

The staff were incredibly nice and pleasant. The location was magnificent, right on top of everything. My room included a microwave, a fridge, and a writing desk.

Continental breakfast was very good.

Did notice a couple of crawling insects in the room.

The maintenance people fixed everything we mentioned and were very professional in their approach.

We stayed during a remodel, so some of the glue and paint smells were prominent. Some of the equipment needed attention (e.g. ice machine, strip plugs in the bedrooms.)

my recent stay at bessemer was amazing! holiday inn express exceeded my expectations. the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast options were great. i especially appreciated the helpfulness of tammy at check-in. overall, a fantastic experience!

As vegetarians and vegans, we loved the delicious and diverse breakfast options. The staff was accommodating and provided us with plant-based milk alternatives.

Lady at the front desk was named Eva and she was very helpful . Also spoke with Linda on the phone a few times and she was a doll .
